Susan McKerihan - author and specialist in plain English business writingI’m a specialist in Plain English and clear business writing. I have over 20 years’ experience advising business people on how to write clearly and succinctly, with the aim of making sure their documents are easily understood by the intended audience. My book, ‘Clear & Concise’, is a how-to guide to writing in Plain English for busy professionals.
